Ryan, I love the concept of the reverse to-do list. Yesterday evening I was contemplating over some things that I wanted to accomplish during the day that I did not. Then the light came on and I reviewed everything that I had done. It left me in awe that I had fit all of those things into the day. It reminded me of my high school swim days; I swam distance. To keep me going I always thought about how far I had gone, much more uplifting than how much I had left to go. It made me want to keep going.
